Aims & Scope
La Revue Gestion et Organisation is an international journal aiming at assessing and renewing management within private and public organizations. The review focuses on original epistemological, theoretical, and methodological contexts. Our primary concern is to reflect upon, understand, and improve the effectiveness of strategic management. We seek a balance between empirical research and theoretical reflection upon topics of broad concern. In both cases we look for significant implications for knowledge development and practices. A particular importance will be given to articles revolving around managerial practices. The journal’s international scope is reflected in its editorial board. This journal contributes to an understanding of different management cultures and provides readers with a fresh look at management practices and research in the Middle East and North Africa. We particularly encourage submissions from emerging scholars, junior and senior researchers and aim to provide supportive feedback on all submissions.
