The concept of "Business in a VUCA World" has captured the attention of scholars and practitioners alike, reflecting diverse perspectives on navigating a rapidly changing business environment. Business inherently involves taking risks and managing uncertainties, yet the contemporary landscape is marked by unprecedented turbulence. Over the past few decades, the global business environment has transformed dramatically. We now operate in a hyper-connected world where change is not only constant but often fast-paced and unpredictable. Certainty and stability have been replaced by a state of flux, encapsulated by the acronym "VUCA," which stands for "Volatile," "Uncertain," "Complex," and "Ambiguous."
This Special Issue aims to serve as a platform for presenting innovative research and practical insights on thriving in a VUCA world. We invite contributions that explore this dynamic theme from various angles. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Business Strategies in a VUCA World
- Leadership in a VUCA Environment
- Addressing Volatility with Vision
- Navigating Uncertainty with Understanding
- Managing Complexity with Clarity
- Adapting to Ambiguity with Agility
- Benefits of Effective VUCA Management
- Challenges and Barriers to Success in a VUCA World
- Financial Policy Behaviors by Companies in a VUCA Environment
